Extensive research has gone into our products in terms of quality, affordability, manufacturing processes and risk assessments
relative to human and environmental health.  All our building products are LEED home standards and have been certified to be
free of harmful off-gassing associated with VOC’s, Formaldehyde, asbestos, and toxic materials. Where possible, we have used
materials that have been certified by the U.S. Green building Council in accordance with its LEED system of environmental and
sustainable assessments.

We have performed extensive research on producing the most economical energy solutions for our complete structures. Our
structures are fully adaptable to a range of energy producing and conserving systems. These include the use of integrated solar
solutions, the use of thermal designed coatings, energy saving heating and cooling systems and a variety of healthy insulation
material. Our standard building packages are specifically designed to provide a higher degree of energy efficiency without
impacting affordability.
