We offer a 30-year structural warrantee and onsite repair and replacement policy for any sub-standard structural materials.
All our steel is to U.S. building standards. All our sheathing is LEED certified. All our windows have are Energy Star rated.
All our insulation exceeds the R’s values used with conventional residential construction and is made from re-cycled materials.
All our lighting fixtures are UL approved and energy efficient. All our water fixtures are low flow water efficient fixtures. All our
provided exterior skins are environmentally friendly.
If any of our products are found to be defective or missing, we will replace them immediately – usually over night. We understand
the importance of maintaining project schedules and how material availability can affect that schedule.
Sometimes, our clients’ contractors make mistakes during on-site construction and require additional materials. We anticipate
these probabilities when we calculate product quantities for a project. Additional supplies of the most commonly required products
are included with our shipped containers. This includes additional steel, siding, structural wood, insulation, roofing, drywall, carpet, etc.
For products that are more expensive, egg. Marble, cabinets, plumbing and electrical fixtures, etc. we are able to react immediately
to you contractors needs for rapid replacement.
