What's in the box?

For the U.S. markets, we use recycled light gauge steel as the primary structural component. Our recycled steel is fabricated
to U.S. building specifications.

From residential subdivisions, to condominiums, town homes, apartments, and mixed-use projects we provide everything
In-A-box. Our boxes are containers, our walls, joists, and trusses are all pre-assembled out of recycled light gauge steel and
shipped with everything included but the HVAC, appliances, foundation, and the dirt your buildings will stand on.

Our In-A-Box complete solutions are based on your architectural plans modified to your local building codes. Our
better-than-conventional products are 3 star to 5 star quality and are generally 20% faster and 20% less expensive to build.

For international markets we have other types of building materials that create approximately 1,000 sq ft homes that retail
to the public for $15,000 to $20,000 per home.
